Digital Marketing Intern


About this Job

The Digital Marketing Intern is responsible for assisting the Marketing and Digital Sales Manager in implementing Herb Easley Motors, Inc. overall communications and marketing plan — focusing specifically on social media platforms that will help tell the story of our company digitally and build awareness about Herb Easley within the community.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor and constantly update the group websites (Chevrolet, Mazda & Volkswagen).
  • Work with Digital Marketing team to refine social media strategy and best practices.
  • Assist in managing social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube) and editorial calendar to ensure content is timely, relevant, and engaging.
  • Assist in pre-production and post-production of advertisements.
  • Assist with website copywriting, proofing, and updating as needed.
  • Assist with planning special campaigns, events and other marketing strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Adobe Creative Suite experience (Premier Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) or other video editing and graphic designing software experience.
  • Excellent photography/videography skills.
  • Ability to work outside.
  • Ability to take initiative, employ good judgment, and manage projects from beginning to end.
  • Timely and goal oriented.
  • Exceptional ability to manage details.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and to anticipate next steps or needs.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Be available for at least 25 hours a week.
  • Understands and can utilize emerging platforms, digital media, and web/social media management and measurement tools (e.g. HootSuite)

Bilingual BDC Agent


About this Job

The Sales BDC Representative is responsible for receiving, processing, verifying, and distributing information from both inbound and outbound calls, to include but not limited to inquiries on new and pre-owned vehicles, internet leads, and providing general information. Essential Duties as following;

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle all guest inquiries with a focus on 100% guest satisfaction.
  • Receive inbound calls on new and pre-owned vehicles with a goal to establish a firm appointment date and time from the prospect guest to visit James Corlew Chevrolet.
  • Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while answering questions and inquiries from guests, and providing general or related vehicle sales information.
  • Maintain and communicate exceptional product and inventory knowledge to our guests.
  • Gather and track all guest data as directed; accurately enter into BDC database.
  • Utilize detailed scripts provided by the dealership in addressing guest inquiries and concerns to meet the dealerships and manufactures objectives.
  • Work in close proximity with other Sales BDC Representatives in a team based environment.
  • Facilitate timely follow up on all internet leads as directed by management and/or procedures.
  • Strictly adhere to all company direction related to the National Do Not Call List and Privacy Acts.
  • Partner with BDC leadership on activities in the dealership / outside the call center. Communicate with the dealership management or front-line employees on behalf of our guests.
  • Participate in departmental and dealership meetings; other duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Speak both English and Spanish.
  • Exceptional Oral and Written Communication Skills via phone, one-on-one and online are a must.
  • Proficient in basic math and writing skills.
  • Proven customer service track record or obvious desire to provide next level customer service.
  • Comfortable in a high paced, competitive environment (all while actually ENJOYING your job!!!).
  • Pass drug testing, background investigation/interview and pre-employment assessment.
