Everything done on time as promised

When I scheduled my appt, after talking with Jose, I was connected to Kathy. I had coupons through the mail, that had X-amount for an oil change, but mine are $10. Also, on the mailed brochure, was a Tire Rotation FREE. I'm one that never does a rotation WITHOUT a balance included. When I take to Kathy, she quoted that a normal R&B was $39.99.... she said that the difference between then would only be (Approx.) $15.00. When I got there at my 1130. Jose said that's not the way it works....I was kind of shocked that Kathy would say that, and informed another clerk/ representative behind the counter.. SOMEONE needs to tell KATHY, the correct information so there no misunderstanding or wrong quotes being passed on.....I was set for one price, Jose said another. Regardless, my OVERALL experience with Herb Easley's Service Center was FANTASTIC!!!!

I had a reason for choosing Herb Easley long before shopping for a new truck there. We lost our daughter a year ago to metastatic breast cancer. At that time my son in law worked there as a service advisor. They were part of the Herb Easley family . Most everyone there knew Shannon and her 12 year battle with this cancer. We had a benefit for her shortly before she passed and it seemed like everyone at Herb Easley came out to support her. This is why i bought and support their business. There is an amazing group of people at Heirb Easley Motors! That being said they seemed to have bent over backwards to sell me a new truck. They treated us as if we were royalty. Mark found exactly what i was looking for. Actually Mrs Decker was driving it at the time and brought it to the Dealership for me to look at. It was exactly what we wanted. They asked a fair price and gave me a fair deal on my trade. Mark had our contract ready, Michael executed the paper work and we were in our new truck in no time. Now i don't think they did anything extra for me because of my son in law or daughter. They are a great bunch of employees treating people fair and honestly. Herb Easley has been serving the north Texas communities for as long as i can remember. i will continue do business there and encourage everyone to do the same. Thank you Herb Easley family !

Trever was amazing, was a pain free process and he made sure to have everything in order prior to our arrival at the dealership. Micheal in finance was outstanding as well. Will definitely be back when we are in the market for another vehicle

Juan was my salesperson and he was phenomenal. I was not sure what I wanted and he was so patient while showing me many different vehicles. He answered all my questions and sold me the perfect vehicle. He even helped me get my new car home since I didn’t do a trade in. Michael was my finance guy- professional, efficient and explained everything. Answered all my questions and got me a great rate at a local bank. Herb Easley always makes it easy and that’s one of the reasons why I keep going back.

I had to bring my vehicle back three times. The first time I was told nothing was wrong. The second a couple weeks later it breaks down again and a part is repaired. Less than a week later it breaks down again. Now I'm questioning the kind of service I'm getting from the repair shop. Once again it is repaired and I'm just waiting to see how long it's going to last.

I arrived early and they took my car and corrected the recalls and had my oil changed in no time. He came and asked before doing anything extra. I was pleased.

They didn’t have the information We gave them when we setup the appointment to have the tires mounted and we had to call someone to lookup this information. The process took about two hours just to mount and balance two tires. This was the worse experience I have ever had at Herb Easily.

FANTASTIC SERVICE...I came in at my appt time. Keith met me, took the car back to the drive area immediately. Next thing I know, MAYBE 15-20 minutes later, my car was done and ready to go. THANKS TO ALL YOUR PERSONNEL.

Jose took very good care of me when my truck was towed in. Kept me informed of what was going on and letting me know what the problem was. The cashiers were extremely nice and helpful. The only problem I had was I wished they would have used paper floor mats because the mechanic tracked a lot of mud in my truck and clean it out. Overall good experience.

We didn’t have to wait as long as they said.

I came in to have a recall done on my truck.and they flashed my computer and killed all the programs I had on my truck, and it cost me $1400 to get the programs added back. It would have been nice to know from the get go they were gonna do that.

My car sat out front after it was done for at least 20 minutes before I went to the counter and asked the two people laughing and talking when it would be done. They grabbed the paper that was sitting beside them and said oh yeah...its good to go. Not impressed. But when my husband takes it, we are in and out.

It seems as though my car has spent more time in the shop than in my driveway. I bought the car on May 26. It has been in for a flat tire, low slow leak in another tire, replace turbo, replace celluloid and now to replace the turbo again.

When my vehicle was done, they were complaining about the after 4 appointments. And I did not get my car washed either.

They tried to lie about the value of my trade in saying they would have to do work in the cars before they could sell them. I told them they were lying and they would put them straight in the lot, which is what they did. Herb Easley is the most dishonest dealer I’ve ever dealt with, I will not use them again!

I was able to get in and out in about 45 minutes for an oil change and have the codes read on my truck. I know I need to schedule service for the codes, but it was great to be taken care of so quickly. Great service and great people!

I needed to hit the road for a 1200 mile drive. Dropped it off and it was done within 30 minutes or so. However, when I dropped it off I did request a wiper blade change. What I wish the dealership would have done was called me, let me know how much they were, so I could make the decision. Telling me that the wiper blades were $120 might have swayed my decision a little bit. This dealership is on the pricier side l

Had to make a final decision on which vehicle to choose. You have a lot better choice’s than last time I visited. Made a deal and bought my Equinox

Wasn’t really looking to buy another truck, but I seen the 2026 Highlander and working with Ryan decker and Brad Lawson sealed the deal. The salesman was professional and not pushy at all.

Called and scheduled an oil change and requested that recall inspection be performed on same trip. Apparently the only thing yall did was the recall inspection. Now I get to pay some closer to home to change my oil and change the oil cap since the recall inspection is completed.

Went in for the 60K mile check up and to have a tire checked at the same time. Everyone was friendly and the tech who worked on my Chevy Traverse was thorough and kept me informed. When they finished, I got into my freshly washed car as usual. Love Herb Easley Motors!

overall experience was great. Disappointed to find out the $10 oil changes is only three times a year when my salesman and online says otherwise.

Brought in for an oil change and had a recall I knew nothing about. They fixed it and got me on my way quickly

The maintenance man (mm) failed to program my tire sensors after rotation, the service manager, (sm) went to mm and questioned why, his answer, I have a bad monitor when I came in. I informed the sm I had on notification on my dash system. The sm went an got a device, put my truck in learn mode and all monitors registered. I do not want that technician to work on my truck again. Typical mechanic, you brought it in broke I can fix it for a cost. This is not the first time this has happened to me. You have done all my maintenance on my 2022 pickup an it has been good up to now.

I had some timing work to be done to my 2017 Equinox. IT is covered under warranty so I knew it would take a little longer because of the proper steps that had to be taken. Christy Cook helped me out and was great! I also was able to work with Keith. he was great. Lots of great communication. The care was repaired in a timely manner. The main problem I had was the condition of the car when I picked it up. There were greasy finger prints on the door, windshield, and the hood when I got it. The repair was fine, but the car was not clean when it was picked up.

3 hours for an oil change and then tried to hold my car hostage so they could perform warranty work I did not want that day.

I scheduled an appointment and arrived approximately fifthteen minutes early. The rep quickly completed the paper work and took to service. The oil change was completed with forty-five minutes. Also, I had the cabin filter changed on recommendation of service mgr. I appreciated the quick service. I do wish that I was eligible for $10.00 oil changes. I bought the vehicle one year too early.

Keith was great to work with. He quoted me a price for what I needed and that is exactly what I was charged. Everything is fixed just like I hope it would be.
