They tried to lie about the value of my trade in saying they would have to do work in the cars before they could sell them. I told them they were lying and they would put them straight in the lot, which is what they did. Herb Easley is the most dishonest dealer I’ve ever dealt with, I will not use them again!

I arrived about 30 minutes early for my appointment. I was expecting to have a long wait for my tire rotation to get addressed. But to my surprise and delight I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Great cudtomer service !

overall experience was great. Disappointed to find out the $10 oil changes is only three times a year when my salesman and online says otherwise.

Awesome service department

Called and scheduled an oil change and requested that recall inspection be performed on same trip. Apparently the only thing yall did was the recall inspection. Now I get to pay some closer to home to change my oil and change the oil cap since the recall inspection is completed.

I had some timing work to be done to my 2017 Equinox. IT is covered under warranty so I knew it would take a little longer because of the proper steps that had to be taken. Christy Cook helped me out and was great! I also was able to work with Keith. he was great. Lots of great communication. The care was repaired in a timely manner. The main problem I had was the condition of the car when I picked it up. There were greasy finger prints on the door, windshield, and the hood when I got it. The repair was fine, but the car was not clean when it was picked up.

I was able to get in and out in about 45 minutes for an oil change and have the codes read on my truck. I know I need to schedule service for the codes, but it was great to be taken care of so quickly. Great service and great people!

The maintenance man (mm) failed to program my tire sensors after rotation, the service manager, (sm) went to mm and questioned why, his answer, I have a bad monitor when I came in. I informed the sm I had on notification on my dash system. The sm went an got a device, put my truck in learn mode and all monitors registered. I do not want that technician to work on my truck again. Typical mechanic, you brought it in broke I can fix it for a cost. This is not the first time this has happened to me. You have done all my maintenance on my 2022 pickup an it has been good up to now.

I scheduled an appointment and arrived approximately fifthteen minutes early. The rep quickly completed the paper work and took to service. The oil change was completed with forty-five minutes. Also, I had the cabin filter changed on recommendation of service mgr. I appreciated the quick service. I do wish that I was eligible for $10.00 oil changes. I bought the vehicle one year too early.

Service department always does great work. The service advisors are always friendly and informative. Been coming here for over 3 years for both of my vehicle’s maintenance and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

When Vehicle checked in Guy tried to plug unit in to OSB port and pulled all wires out from under dash that company GPS tracker was wired into and un hooked it and left wires hanging down in floor, had to hook back up when truck was returned at end of service, nothing on report saying anything about wires hanging down in floor,

Service is not as good. Had the oil changed. They checked the cabin filter and didn't put the glove box back. Forgot the next iol change sticker and no paper on the floor board. Just had the car detailed. There was white residue from the ground in the car. I'm not picky by any means but have bee going g there for Service for three years and no problem toll this last Service. Was told a new service manager maybe? Thank you for listening.

3 hours for an oil change and then tried to hold my car hostage so they could perform warranty work I did not want that day.

Melanie G set me up with an appt for the time and date I needed. She was great. Then when I brought the car in to have the oil changed they were very friendly. The man answered my question about free car washes since I bought my car there, which made me happy they are FREEEE!

The technician & the lady in the office went above & beyond to solve a problem we had been having with our Equinox!

I needed to hit the road for a 1200 mile drive. Dropped it off and it was done within 30 minutes or so. However, when I dropped it off I did request a wiper blade change. What I wish the dealership would have done was called me, let me know how much they were, so I could make the decision. Telling me that the wiper blades were $120 might have swayed my decision a little bit. This dealership is on the pricier side l

I have been trusting Herb Easley for almost 10 years. It was a very good experience having my suburban serviced at Herb Easley. People are nice and friendly. They did a great job on my routine maintenance + flushed my transmission and changed transmission fluid this time.

Everyone was professional very nice and very helpful and helped me to achieve the truck that I was desired to.

My car was taken back in time and completed oil change and car wash within an hour.

Waiting on another part. When it comes in it will be my third trip to get my cruise control fixed. That will be over 200 in gas to get it fixed, plus two days I had to change my schedule to get it fixed.

The repairs and services on my vehicle took 6 weeks to be completed. I also asked three times for my vehicle to be serviced, specifically oil change and inspection. The oil change was not completed while the vehicle sat awaiting approval of the repairs by the extended warranty company. I have bought several vehicles from Herb Easly Chevrolet. I believe I was not given any type of priority having been a loyal repeat customer and that the dealership took way too long to diagnose and repair my vehicle.

Went in for an oil change with a set appointment. Was told it would take 45 mins to an hour. It took 2 hrs for an oil change. Was very disappointed in the wait time

Not happy at all. Claim they couldn't find out what was wrong. Picked up my vehicle and the next morning was doing exactly what I said it was doing.

Appt was at 1:45 for a simple oil change. At 3:45 still not finished.

I had an appt for an oil change on Friday June 19th- when I arrived I was informed there were running close to 2 hours behind. I rescheduled for 6/23 at 3pm. I arrived right at 3 and was still waiting for my car at 425. That amount of time is not acceptable. I understand herb easley is not a quick lube place but that that’s absurd that a scheduled oil change could possibly take that long. 10 dollar oil change is not even worth that headache. Many people schedule these appts over lunch hours and no one has a 2 hour lunch break.

My experience was poor. If there’s no reference to who I am or notes about the day, my name is Jesse James and I drive a 2022 suburban that I purchased from your dealership in April. I was told by my service advisor after waiting for well over an hour that my vehicle hadn’t been started yet because “the tech had taken his lunch break and didn’t let me know” I asked to please take my vehicle and returned two days later. It took just over an hour to get back behind the wheel of my car to head back home - which also makes me question - why does it take so long when I can go to any shop on any corner and get my oil changed in less than 20 minutes and I can also keep my small children occupied within the confines of my vehicle. - I live 2 hours away and to maintain my warranty i am willing to come to the dealership to get my oil changes with no complaint even though it is already logistically an inconvenience. I am disappointed in the service and honestly surprised by the nonchalance and lack of urgency amongst your staff. While having over a decade of knowledge of the inner working of a dealership i understand what a 1 star on the last couple of days could do but with 19 years in customer service I also know how good customer service is SUPPOSED to happen.

They always call my husband’s name, his name is on the paperwork, his name comes to my email and I’m nowhere to be found. I DRIVE THE CAR. IT’S MY CAR. Would be great if you put “Monteil Sample” on ALL correspondence without messing up the warranty.

I'm very disappointed in the service, my wife received at the dealership,.She had an appointment for 10:30:am,however our vehicle didn't get to the bay until my wife came back to the dealership at 1:00 pm,to inquire about the status of our vehicle. Then she was told they we need a new radiator hose! My.wife took vehicle to another dealership and they told her, we didn't need a new hose. We have never experienced this Herb Beasley before. Seriously disappointed
